Online Counselling
Personalised online therapy via Zoom, wherever you are in the UK

Therapy doesn’t have to mean travelling to an office. For many people, talking from their own home - a familiar, comfortable space - can make it easier to open up.

I offer online counselling for adults across the UK via Zoom, with the same care, confidentiality, and attention you would expect from in-person work.

Is Something Feeling Difficult to Carry?
You might be feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed. Perhaps you’re carrying a loss that hasn’t fully settled, feeling stuck in patterns you can’t shift, or moving through a life change without quite feeling like yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t need to have the right words. We can begin exactly where you are.

What To Expect
Sessions are one hour via Zoom - all you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. Many people find it feels more natural than they expected.

We work at your pace - weekly, fortnightly, or occasional. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to you. I'm also a trained sand tray practitioner, and while this is primarily an in-person approach, we can explore creative and visual ways of working online where it feels useful.
Why Choose Online Therapy?
For many people, online therapy simply fits better. It offers flexibility around busy schedules, caring responsibilities, or limited mobility, and makes counselling accessible wherever you are in the UK.

For some, being in their own space brings a greater sense of ease. For others, the slight distance of a screen can make it easier to speak openly.

If you’re looking for a counsellor who will take the time to understand you, wherever you’re based, I’d be glad to hear from you.
What Happens Next?
Get in touch for a free 30 minute consultation. We'll use that time to explore what's brought you here, how I work, and whether we feel like a good fit. If we decide to work together, I'll walk you through the practicalities and we'll find a rhythm that suits you - weekly, fortnightly, or occasional sessions.
