Ways to Work Together

Therapy and Counselling in Torbay

Whether you prefer to meet in person, talk from home, or explore therapy in a different way, there's an option that works for you.

I offer counselling in Babbacombe, Torquay and online across the UK, as well as sand tray therapy - a gentle, creative approach that doesn't rely on words alone. Whatever feels right, we can find a way to work together.

What I Offer

Wellswood

In Person Counselling

For some people, being in the room really matters. Sharing a physical space can bring a sense of focus and steadiness. For many, this makes it easier to connect with what they’re feeling and explore things more deeply, at an unhurried pace. If that feels important to you, in-person work may be the right fit.

Online Counselling

For many people, online therapy simply fits better. It offers flexibility around busy schedules, caring responsibilities, or limited mobility, and makes counselling accessible wherever you are in the UK. Sessions are one hour via Zoom - all you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.

Sand Tray Therapy

Sand tray therapy is an in person, creative counselling technique. It uses sand and various miniatures and symbols to create stories and landscapes that reveal our innermost thoughts and feelings. Using this approach, we can gain a holistic understanding of our emotions, promoting effective and speedy healing.

How I Work

I trained as an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches rather than working from a single fixed model. The work is shaped around you - your history, your pace, and what feels most useful at any given point.

My role isn't to direct or take over, but to walk alongside you - offering reflection and insight while respecting your autonomy throughout. Nothing here is rushed or forced.
